Site Leader - BPO Offshore
The Site Leader - BPO Offshore (“VP of Operations”) is a critical role that develops and executes on strategies that enhance performance across pre-Collections and Collections while deepening engagement and improving customer experience. The Site Leader will lead our offshore strategy for Collections in the Philippines and collaborate closely with partners across the value chain.
FACS (Flexible Automated Collection Services) Administrator
Creative and committed individuals needed to develop enterprise grade software applications and code bases. Ideal candidates will have programming experience, familiarity with the Flexible Automated Collection Systems (FACS) system, be open to continued education in the art of software development, and be proficient in planning, designing, documenting, and implementing complex projects.
The Dialer Administrator is a technical role responsible for dialer system configuration including scripting, loading, mapping, and reporting. The role develops effective outbound campaigns and works closely with the call center operations team on development initiatives.
